This course consists of 24 dazzling lectures that provide a detailed guided tour of the churches and cathedrals that a celebrated Christian historian considers to be among the most outstanding, memorable, and meaningful globally.

Beginning in the Holy Land, you’ll travel the globe, visiting prominent churches in Western and Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the Americas, and East Asia. You will explore both grand metropolitan cathedrals like Hagia Sophia and Chartres Cathedral, as well as less-known treasures like the stave churches of Norway and the pilgrimage shrines of Latin America.
